Our products are made in our home-based studio, ethically made in small batches, ensuring quality and care in every step of the process.
Our skincare products are completely free of perfume. We avoid using synthetic perfume and fragrance oils. Instead, our delightful scents come from natural essential oils extracted from flowers or herbs.
Our skincare products are designed with natural ingredients that are gentle and safe for delicate young skin. They are specifically formulated to be suitable for babies and children.
Our products are free from animal ingredients, byproducts, and animal testing. All testing is conducted in-house with the help of our supportive community of family, friends, and customers.
Once opened, our skincare products have a shelf life of 12 months. Inside the lid, you will discover a sticker indicating the expiration date.
Because we use only natural ingredients and handcraft each batch, you might see slight color differences from time to time. Our raw materials, sourced from suppliers, can also show slight variations in color. We closely monitor all our products to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and effectiveness
The shipping costs are €4.95. And will be shipped via PostNL.
Upon dispatch, you'll receive a track and trace code via email, enabling you to monitor your delivery's progress. Please allow 2 to 4 working days for order preparation and dispatch. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or the preceding day will be processed on the next working day. This standard processing period is non-negotiable.
Currently, we only ship orders within the Netherlands. We may consider expanding our shipping options in the future.
Did you receive an item that wasn't what you expected? No worries! You can return or exchange it within 14 days, provided it remains unopened. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the item is unused, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please contact us at mail@butterandblends.com for instructions.
