Shipping and returns
At Butter & Blends, we prioritize providing you with a seamless shipping experience. Here's what you need to know:
Carrier: Your order will be shipped via PostNL.
Tracking: Upon dispatch, you'll receive a track and trace code via email, enabling you to monitor your delivery's progress.
Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 4 working days for order preparation and dispatch. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or the preceding day will be processed on the next working day. This standard processing period is non-negotiable.
Delivery Times: While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, please be aware that actual delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control. These factors include transport conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibility: Butter & Blends cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control. Consequently, shipping costs cannot be reimbursed for delays.
Delivery Modifications: If you wish to alter the delivery terms of your order before it's processed, you can do so via the Orders, Shipping, and Returns section. Alternatively, if your order hasn't yet been handled by the warehouse, please contact us to make changes.
Address Changes: If you need to modify the delivery address after dispatch, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to arrange this.
Package Not Received: If you haven’t received your package, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your building’s caretaker who may have collected it. It’s also possible that the delivery status has been updated slightly in advance and that the package will arrive later that day. If you still have no sign of your package, write to us so that we can find a solution together. We also remind you that any report concerning the delivery of your order must be communicated to our customer service within 14 days following the delivery date of the parcel indicated on the tracking.
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to reach out.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at mail@butterandblends.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, our skincare products cannot be returned. If there was an issue with your order, reach out to us immediately at mail@butterandblends.com
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it occasionally happens that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs which entitles you to claim warranty. If you discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period in this case is immediately after receipt up to 1 week after receipt. Under certain circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable. If you contact us in a timely manner, we will ensure a free replacement.
